'CloudVerge.'s journey began with a single vision: to deliver real Neapolitan pizza to Edinburgh. Established by the Bennett household in 1985, our pizza shop opened as a quaint, family-operated business, preserving recipes that have been passed down for many generations.

'Emily Bennett', our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, mentored by esteemed pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she set out to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to ancestral techniques and selecting only the top-tier ingredients.

Starting out as an intimate pizza joint with only 12 seats, we’ve expanded into a cherished local cornerstone, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. Our pizzas are still baked in a wood-fired oven, our dough is prepared from scratch every day, and we procure prime ingredients.

Presently, 'CloudVerge.' continues to be a family-held and managed venture, with the Bennett offspring now steering our devoted crew. Although we’ve welcomed modern updates, the essence of our establishment endures: to create scrumptious, genuine pizzas that unite individuals.
